- Call Three: 2 June 2025 – 2 August 2026 (only for EU students and non-EU students residing in Italy)
This master's degree program guarantees the acquisition of highly specialized theoretical and practical knowledge in the pedagogical, educational, methodological, philosophical, psychological and sociological fields. It trains experts in order to operate as professionals; in particular, in the educational and training, scholastic and social-welfare contexts.
After graduating, you will be eligible to work in either public or private sectors, coordinating and planning interventions in socio-educational and social-welfare services and facilities, aimed at people of all ages with reference, in particular, to social and educational aspects, parenting and family, cultural, judicial, environmental, integration and international cooperation.

Characteristics and objectives
The Course of Studies in Pedagogy offers a broad and advanced preparation in the whole Pedagogical Field, completed with the perspectives of Philosophy and Human Sciences. This Course is the natural achievement of the first level academic degree in Educational Sciences, whose students are admitted directly to the Course of Study in Pedagogy. First level graduated in Philosophy, Psychology and Sociology are also admitted, but 12 CFU in the pedagogical-educational disciplines are required. The programme offers an advanced deepening through the theoretical, historical, methodological, technological and assessing dimensions of education, enabling to project professional actions in schools and society. The internship is worth 6 ECTS credits. The Course of Study offers a complete set of knowledge and competences to read the social and educational complexity in order to project professional- pedagogical activities at school and in the social contexts.
Occupational opportunities
The Course of Study in Pedagogy trains the Professional Pedagogist enabled to work in the social contexts and at school. It also enables to enter the following training for teaching in high schools (A18: Philosophy and Human Sciences).
