This course, delivered in English, ensures that graduates acquire the knowledge and skills demanded by companies and consulting firms that develop strategies and services focused on ecological transition, digital transformation, innovation, and DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion) policies. The program offers three specializations centered on three major business processes: Production and Supply Chain, Marketing and Digitalization, Organization and Human Capital Management. Each specialization includes a practical activity in collaboration with companies (called the Managerial Lab), aimed at acquiring management skills consistent with career paths in both managerial roles within companies and professional roles in consulting firms aligned with the course of study.

Characteristics and objectives
The Master's degree in Management for Sustainable Firms provides students with the knowledge and skills required by companies and consulting firms that design strategies and services focused on the ecological transition, digital transformation, innovation, and DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) policies.
The Master's degree is suitable for young graduates in all management-related disciplines that want to develop and strengthen their background on three core business processes: Production and Supply Chain, Marketing and Digitalization, Organization and Human Capital Management.
The first year's courses are designed to give students an integrated view of the management of modern firms competing sustainably in the global economy: from sustainable strategies and business models to organizational structures, from business economics to accounting systems.
The second year aims at building skills along three business processes, Smart Manufacturing, Marketing and Digital Transformation, People and Organizations, each of which represents a distinct track.
Occupational opportunities
The Master's degree in Management for Sustainable Firms offers a wide range of career opportunities in management and consulting within the three specialization tracks:
- Smart Manufacturing, as Operations Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Plant Manager, Demand and Production Planner, Kaizen Promotion Officer, Lean Expert;
- Marketing e Digital Transformation, as Digital Marketing Manager/Consultant, Digital Transformation and Servitization Manager, Customer Experience and Channel Manager, Business Analyst in ambito digitale, Strategic Business Developer;
- People and Organizations, as HR Manager, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding Specialist, People Analytics Manager/Consultant, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Manager,
Each specialization track includes a hands-on learning experience in collaboration with companies, known as the 'Managerial Lab'. This initiative is designed to build managerial competencies aligned with career paths in both corporate roles and consulting firms, in line with the focus of the chosen specialization.
All specialization tracks also provide access to PhD programs that offer a management track.
Double degree opportunities
Students enrolled in this Master's degree programme will be offered the opportunity to participate in a double degree programme in Management with Groupe ESC Clermont (France) in order to obtain a double degree over two years: the Master's Degree in Management for Sustainable Firms (UNIPD) and the Master's Degree in Management, Programme Grande Ecole (Groupe ESC Clermont).
