Between December 25, 2019 and January 6, 2020, all of the University’s central administration offices are closed, including the University’s Central Office (049.827.5111), the Call center (049.827.3131) as well as the Urp. Furthermore, on the 23th and 24^th of December, the Student Career Office is not open to the public.

During the holiday season it is still possible to visit Palazzo Bo thanks to the regular guide service on the 27-28-29 of December as well as the 2-3-4-5-6 of January, and some guided tours are planned to discover the legacy of University's in the twentieth-century. Furthermore, the Botanical Garden will only be closed on the 24th, 25th, and 31^st of December as well as the 1st of January.  From December 7th to January 6th, experience Natale in Orto Botanico, offering an array of holiday experiences.  Have fun while learning, thanks to performances and workshops for families, including music, holiday tastings, and free guided tours, all in the spirit of Christmas.

On the morning of Saturday, January 4, 2020 the Sala dei Giganti in Palazzo Liviano continues to offer guided tours, as well as every first Saturday of the month throughout the year.  During the holiday season, the Booking Center for Guided Tours is open December 27-28-29, with reduced hours (9-14:00), and from January 2nd to 6th with the regular timetable (9-17:00).
