Unipd Partner Days 2026

Following the great success of the first edition, the University of Padua invites professional staff from selected partner universities to participate in an inspiring programme of training and exchange. 

The University of Padua invites administrative staff members from selected universities (see below) to participate in the 2026 Unipd Partner Days, taking place in Padua, June 9-12, 2026 (June 8-12 for KA171 partners).

This initiative offers a unique opportunity for professional growth through a combination of shared activities, training sessions, job shadowing and networking. Participants will engage in an introductory presentation about the University of Padua and visit specific offices aligned with their professional interests, fostering the exchange of skills and best practices.

Programme

June 8 – Welcome and general presentation of Unipdfor KA171 partners only

June 9 - Introductory day: An overview of the activities carried out by the International Relations Division for all guests together. 

June 10–12 - Office Visits: Individual visits and meetings in specific offices or structures as requested by the participants. Available divisions for office visits include:

  • Building and Safety Division.
  • Communication and Marketing Division.
  • Finance and Planning Division.
  • General and Legal Affairs Division.
  • Human Resources Division.
  • International Relations Division.
  • Research and Business Relations Division.
  • Student Services Division.
  • University Museum Centre.

Selected participants will be invited to cover their travel expenses through Erasmus+ Funding opportunities, where applicable, offered within their home institutions.

Please note that the number of participants is limited. The Unipd Projects and Mobility Office will evaluate applications based on office availability and profile matching 

When: June 9 – 12, 2026 (June 8 - 12 for KA171 partners) 

Costs: The event is free of charge.
Participants from the Arqus Alliance and from Unipd Strategic Partners are expected to cover their own travel and accommodation expenses. The event is eligible for Erasmus+ funding for staff mobility.
Selected participants from Erasmus+ KA171 partner universities will be funded by Unipd through KA171 funds.
