International mobility for staff from foreign universities
The University of Padova offers the staff of international partner universities the opportunity to carry out a period of training/job shadowing at its facilities, with the aim of promoting the exchange of skills, cultural and social enrichment and above all generating opportunities for discussion on administrative and laboratory methodologies and the exchange of good practices.
Through the Erasmus+ syllabus, it is possible to benefit from mobility contributions for staff from European partner universities (KA131)
The University of Padova organizes training weeks dedicated to the staff of other European and non-European universities to share skills, experiences and good practices on specific issues related to the internationalization and modernization of higher education.
Colleagues from Partner institutions, with which an Erasmus+ inter-institutional agreement is in force, will be able to take advantage of the Erasmus+ Staff Mobility for Training to participate in training events.
The University of Padova organizes the Unipd Partner Days every year in June, inviting the administrative staff of selected universities to participate in this initiative. The event offers a unique opportunity for professional growth through a combination of shared activities, training sessions, job shadowing and networking.
Participants will have the opportunity to attend an introductory presentation on the University of Padova and to visit specific offices in line with their professional interests, fostering the exchange of skills and best practices.
