We support, with specific funding, dedicated services, initiatives and calls, researchers who want to undertake innovative, ambitious studies of high international standard, and we encourage participation in international calls for research funding.
We embrace the principles of open science and promote the dissemination of Unipd research results, to ensure their widest possible dissemination and reuse. Because knowledge must be usable and transparent, for the benefit of society as a whole
Our special initiatives to support research
An intensive course entirely dedicated to potential Marie Sklodowska-Curie Postdoctoral Fellows who intend to submit a proposal to the Horizon Europe - MSCA call, choosing Unipd as their host institution.
The action encourages the participation of promising researchers in the MSCA-PF call and assigns, through a call, funding of 50,000 euros per year to Unipd projects that have achieved the "Seal of Excellence – MSC Actions", but have not been funded
We identify competitive candidates for the "ERC Starting Grant" and "ERC Consolidator Grant" calls, funded by the EC under the Horizon Europe Framework syllabus. The selected people are supported in all phases of the presentation of the project proposal.
