In February 2024, the University inaugurated in a newly renovated and sustainability efficiency higher education center in the mountain town of Spert, Alpago (Belluno). 

The former primary school and current Unipd mountain campus will host multidisciplinary higher education initiatives and lessons that ensure inclusiveness and innovation for all. Holding 740m² of teaching facilities, 2500m² of open-air space, 5 classrooms and a lecture hall, the new campus will be able to welcome more than150 students from various disciples within each of UniPd’s 32 departments. The objective is to use the Spert Campus as reference point for training and networking alongside companies, public administrators, associations, and the local community.
