Double degree, multiple degree and joint degree programmes

Students enrolled in the specific bachelor’s degree programmes, single-cycle master’s degree programmes and master’s degree programmes for which double, multiple or joint degree agreements exist and are active may take part in these programmes.

To find out about the available pathways, selection procedures, deadlines and contacts, consult the List of active agreements. The selections are organised by the individual degree programmes or by the Departments. Criteria, procedures and deadlines may therefore vary. It is therefore advisable to seek information from the relevant offices.

The University makes available, subject to the availability of funds in the budget, scholarships for students on Double Degree, Multiple Degree and Joint Degree courses that are not funded by Erasmus Mundus.

In the academic year 2022/2023, the scholarships are composed as follows:

• 700 euros per month from UNIPD funds (for a maximum of 12 months, based on the number of monthly instalments provided for by the exchange agreement) for students on mobility programmes in non-European countries.
• Erasmus scholarship supplemented with UNIPD funds up to a maximum total of 500 euros per month (for a maximum of 12 months, based on the number of monthly instalments provided for by the exchange agreement). PLEASE NOTE: those who receive an Erasmus scholarship are required to comply with all the rules of the Erasmus Programme. The scholarship will be awarded automatically following notification by the relevant offices; therefore, it is NOT necessary to apply under the Erasmus call.
• there may be ZERO GRANT mobility placements (without any funding), based on the rankings drawn up during the selection procedures under the calls published by the Departments to which the individual programmes belong.

The degree-awarding arrangements may vary depending on the programme (double degree/joint degree/multiple degree).

Given the variability of procedures from one programme to another and the need to seek information both from the partner institution and from their own University Department, students graduating abroad must follow the deadlines and procedures of the partner University and will be contacted by their Unipd Department regarding any required formalities. Students who instead graduate at Unipd must follow the procedures and deadlines of the University of Padua, like those enrolled on standard courses.
