Positive Action Plan P.A.P.
Positive actions are temporary special measures which, by way of derogation from the principle of formal equality, are aimed at removing obstacles to full and effective equal opportunities. They are “special” measures, specific and clearly defined, implemented in a given context to eliminate all forms of discrimination, both direct and indirect, and “temporary” insofar as they are necessary as long as a disparity is identified.
