The University recognizes the need to fully exploit all its human resources and all the wealth of knowledge that they are able to put at the service of the University itself, without any discrimination and with the promotion of the culture and values of equality. (Statute of the University of Padova, art. 1.3)
As University of Padova:

Against violence and discrimination, together

With the "Responsible University - UniRe" project , we are particularly committed to combating harassment, discrimination and gender-based violence against all sexual and gender minorities

These are strategic documents (Gender Equality Plan), monitoring and analysis documents (Gender Budgeting) or focusing on the proposal of special actions and measures (Positive Action Plan). In addition, there are language guidelines and policies, the Code of Ethics and codes of conduct and conduct
Counters of university anti-violence centers
In cases of discrimination, harassment and gender-based violence, it is important to seek support. If you find yourself in one of these situations, you can turn to the dedicated desks that work in an integrated way and offer free listening and support to the academic community.
