Gender budgeting
The Gender Budget of the University of Padova is one of the system actions adopted by the University to ensure that gender specificities can innervate institutional policies and projects.
The monitoring and analysis of the gender composition of the university community, launched in 2017 with the first Gender Budget of the University of Padova and overseen annually, makes it possible to guide policies and verify their impacts, and was the basis for identifying the objectives and actions of the 2022-2024 Gender Equality Piano.
The updates of the indices, on an annual basis, are published in the various editions of the Sustainability Report, a document that, in addition to establishing a transparent dialogue between the university community and the territory, supports the University's strategic choices in terms of sustainability, monitoring their impact and effectiveness.
