Marie Skłodowska-Curie Doctoral Networks (MSCA – DN) are provided by the European Commission to implement doctoral programmes by partnerships of organisations from different sectorsacross Europe and beyond to train highly skilled doctoral candidates, stimulate their creativity, enhance their innovation capacities and boost their employability in the long-term.
Through MSCA Doctoral Networks, PhD students have the chance to respond to well-identified needs in various research and innovation areas, both in the academic and non-academic sector. Doctoral Networks offer research training, as well as transferable skills and competences relevant for innovation and long-term employability.
Since 2014 the University of Padua has been awarded 27 Innovative Training Networks (ITN) under Horizon 2020 and 21 Doctoral Networks (DN) under Horizon Europe, for a total of 48 funded projects!
