The University of Padua, through the Veneto Region funding, supports low-income students (both Italian and international) enrolling in Bachelor's, Single-cycle or Master's degrees and PhD courses.
PhD Scholarships
SFRI Scholarships. Honour Tracks – Cancer 2023-2024. Deadline: June 2, 2023
The University of Lyon1 with the SFRI Scholarships supports excellent students that wish
to take up their master’s studies and PhD in France. The scholarship will start during the academic year 2023-
2024.
Within the framework of the International Development Graduate Track (SFRI – InnovInOnco), the University of Lyon1 offers a full student’s scholarship for 4 years:
• 10 months M2 scholarship – 600 €/months
• 3 years PhD grants – 40 k€/year

Gini Foundation: Grants for Foreign Nationals - September 2023
The Fondazione "Ing. Aldo Gini" supports those who plan to pursue a period of study and/or specialization in a department of the University of Padova in the scientific fields of Agriculture, Engineering or Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences.

China Scholarship Council - University of Padua Scholarships. Deadline: January 12, 2023
The University of Padova and the China Scholarship Council (CSC) have created a scholarship programme to enable talented Chinese students to undertake a PhD programme at Padova.
The scholarships build on Padova University’s existing relationship with China. It has, in fact, extensive research links with Chinese research institutions and Universities. This scheme provides Chinese students who demonstrate academic excellence and leadership potential with the opportunity to study for a PhD at the University of Padova. They are supported jointly by the China Scholarship (on behalf of the Chinese Ministry of Education) and the University of Padova.
