A course that combines the preparation of a solid legal background with an equally solid knowledge of economics and work organizations. Students will be trained in labour laws, social security, tax and trade union law and will acquire the skills necessary to gain access into in the fields of personnel management, production and distribution contractual relations, trade union relations, as well as problems and responsibilities of employment relations. Student will be ready to work as a direct employee or independently in companies, consultancy firms, trade associations, and unions. After an 18-month long internship, and after passing the qualification exam, students can enrol in the professional register at dell'Ordine dei Consulenti del lavoro (Employment Consultants).

Characteristics and objectives
The course provides, in addition to a good basic legal training, specific knowledge on various aspects of labour relations (labour law, social security, taxation and trade unions). The study of the principles of economy and work organization completes the education.

Occupational opportunities
Graduates with this bachelor's degree will be qualified to work as employees or freelancers in business activities, in consulting firms, trade associations or trade unions.
They deal with personnel management, labour relations, issues and requirements related to the employment relationship. In order to enroll in professional association of employment consultants, it is mandatory to attend the exam after 18 months of internship.
