If you are interested in radiology and its applications and you wish to deepen the practical skills developed during the three-year degree from a theoretical and scientific point of view, this course will provide you with knowledge that will allow you to work, even with high responsibilities, in the organisation of the technical-sanitary staff. The ethical aspect will be of crucial importance in your learning path, being the guiding principle of all organisational and management strategies: you will work and teach how to work for people and with people by optimising human, technical and economic resources. Your basic biological and clinical knowledge will complete your training aimed at the interaction among those who work in the health area and at carrying out teaching and tutorial activities. You will be able to work in public or private structures that perform diagnosis, treatment, teaching and research activities.

Characteristics and objectives
The course of master’s degree gives graduates knowledge and competences that are suitable to contribute to the operational organization of the technical-sanitary personnel.
People that co-operate in these activities are required to have scientific, technical, ethical competen-ces and didactic and interpersonal skills, which will be dealt with in different levels of depth during the lectures of the master’s degree.
Didactics regarding scientific knowledge and competences involve the theory and application of the scientific method, mastering basic biological and clinical skills that are necessary for the interaction of healthcare professionals.
Didactics regarding technical knowledge and competences enhance and expand on the previous professional training and offer necessary information on organizational processes of the technical field that may have not been mastered in the graduates’ original formation.
Didactics regarding ethical knowledge and competences enhance ethics as the inspiration behind organizational and management strategies in healthcare professions.
Didactics regarding management knowledge and competences have the objective of educating gra-duates on the proper use of human, technical and monetary resources. The didactical project inclu-des references to the legislative and normative context in which these activities are conducted.
The formative plan includes specific content on the "Quality of the sanitary product".
Didactics regarding knowledge and competences that are necessary to conduct teaching and tuto-ring activities have the objective of forming the graduate into educating, organizing and coordinating professional updates. Lectures will be conducted with the intent of developing the skill and the quality of interpersonal interactions.

The occupational opportunities for people that have achieved the master’s degree consist in sanitary structures (private or public) that conduct activities of diagnosis, therapy, assistance, teaching and scientific research.
