The course trains health operators in prevention, promotion, and health education, capable of performing, also in collaboration with other healthcare professionals, preventive and health maintenance interventions through the osteopathic treatment of somatic dysfunctions not attributable to pathologies. Through a structured educational path, which also includes highly professionalizing internship activities, the course combines knowledge of the basics of general medicine with a more in-depth preparation in areas of interest related to normal functions, musculoskeletal alterations and dysfunctions, and clinical conditions. It also provides knowledge in the fields of psycho-pedagogy, organization, and health prevention, education, and promotion. Upon completing your studies, you will be able to work as an osteopath within National Health Service facilities, private companies, institutes, and foundations, either as an employee or as a freelancer.
