An interdisciplinary course on managing both public administrations and non-profit organizations. Students will tackle both the theoretical and the methodological analogies to understand the legal, economic, and management problems in decision-making both locally and on an international scale. The educational approach offers an internship experiences (at production and service companies, professional studios, third sector organizations and much more) that students need to develop the skills to work at banks, insurance and financial intermediation companies, non-profit organizations, service companies, public administration, and associations representing special interests, but also independently as a consultant for employment, business, and personnel management.

Characteristics and objectives
The course provides skills in law and in economics, related to businesses, public institutions and non-profit organizations. The interdisciplinary structure of the course, which includes theoretical-methodological, legal and economic disciplines, provides knowledge and skills for understanding problems in decision-making contexts where the interaction between economic, legal and management elements is structural. This will be led in the perspective of both the local businesses and the internationalization processes. The course encourages its students to do internships in businesses and service companies, banks, insurance companies, professional firms, non-profit organizations and in the public sector.

Occupational opportunities
Graduates will be able to work in banks, insurance and financial companies, non-profit organizations, service companies, public sector and lobbies. The course also trains people who are able to work independently, who will be able to practice as consultants, advising businesses in several matters such as taxes, finance, H.R., and planning.

From Bachelor's degree to Master's degree
The Course provides access to the Master's Degrees in 'Government Sciences and Public Policies' (LM-63) and in 'European and Global Studies' (LM-90), offered by the University of Padua, and to other Master's Degrees, depending on the specific admission notices.
