The Guarantee Committee (CUG) is composed of representatives of technical-administrative, lecturer and student staff, and is the University's joint body for equal opportunities, the enhancement of the well-being of those who work and against discrimination.

The CUG announces prizes for research work and promotes initiatives on the issues of equal opportunities protection, inclusion, and the fight against discrimination, in line with the University's values
Shows, inclusive workshops, in-depth conferences, meetings with people who bring their own testimony: throughout the year, the CUG offers a wide range of events open to the community and citizens
