The Single Guarantee Committee for equal opportunities, the enhancement of the well-being of those who work and against discrimination is a joint collegial body established pursuant to art. 21, paragraph 1, letter c), of Law 183/2010. Active at the University of Padova since 2013, it works for the benefit of all people who work and study at the University. In continuity with the activities carried out by the pre-existing Joint Committees on the phenomenon of mobbing and by the Committee for Equal Opportunities, it works for the creation of a dignified organizational environment for all.
Following the amendment of the general university regulations in 2018, the initial composition of only technical and administrative staff has been enriched by representatives of both the lecturers and students. In the current 2018-2022 mandate, all the components present in the university are therefore represented.
The volumes and paper documentation of the activities of the CPO and the CUG of the University, prior to the CUG in office and already housed in the rooms of the mezzanine of the BO accessible from the Aula Studentesse, are now located at the Elena Cornaro University Center where they can be consulted.
