Thesis proposals

The master degree theses cover the research areas in which I am engaged at national and international level. In particular, experimental theses are agreed with students connected to educational organizational contexts and to companies with which I collaborate and within the projects I coordinate.
These are research on training, on the development of adult skills in different contexts, formal, informal and non-formal, on research trajectories aimed at exploring the professional development of people in communities and organizations.
Some of the themes developed in the last year:
Faculty development and teaching in higher education
Promote employability in formal contexts, didactics for dialogue with the world of work
The gender balance in the teaching of courses in the scientific area: engineering and mathematics
Reflective practices in training and management of tools
Organizational development and development of people in organizations
Professional development and training
Gender and Gender Equality in Teaching and Learning in STEM
Critical Approach in Human Resource Development

For the students of the three-year SEF course in Padua assigned to me in internships, I always try to encourage them to identify the theme of the final project on the basis of their research desires and in connection with the training activity carried out to give greater significance to the path, developing moments of critical reflection on the connection between theory and methodological and operational aspects of the internship itself.
