Born in Adria (Rovigo).
Degree in Mathematics at the University of Padua.
He has passed the ordinary competitions for professorships and is qualified to teach (in lower secondary schools) Mathematics and Physics (A27), Mathematics (A26), Applied Mathematical Sciences (A47) and Mathematics and Sciences (A28) .
He taught Mathematics and Physics in the "Galileo Galilei" Scientific High School in Adria (Rovigo) and in the "P. Paleocapa" Scientific High School in Rovigo. He has held various roles in support of the school organization, including assistant and assistant to the principal, teacher in qualifying courses (Mathematics and Physics), member of competition commissions for professorships, etc.
From the academic year 2000/2001 to 2008/2009: internship supervisor in the S.S.I.S. - Specialization School for Secondary Teaching of Emilia Romagna, Headquarters: University of Ferrara, in the Physics-Informatics-Mathematics branch, Class A049 - Mathematics and Physics. In SSIS he also held positions as a contract teacher of "Mathematics teaching with new technologies", a course dedicated to software for teaching mathematics.
Contract professor at the University of Ferrara - from the academic year 2005/2006 to the year 2019-2020 - for the teaching of "Mathematics Teaching Laboratory" in the Master's Degree Course in Mathematics.
Contract teacher at the University of Padua for some modules of the courses "Elementary Mathematics from a PVS", "Complementary Mathematics", "Foundations of Mathematics" in the Degree Course in Mathematics.
In the 2012-2013 academic year he held the role of coordinating tutor teacher during the TFA - Active Training Internship for the qualification class A049 - Mathematics and Physics at the Department of Mathematics and Computer Science of the University of Ferrara. In the same year he held the position of teacher of "Didactic Laboratory of Mathematics 1 and 2", during the TFA - Active Training Internship for the qualification class A049 - Mathematics and Physics at the Department of Physics and Astronomy "Galileo Galilei " of the University of Padua.
He has always been interested in school problems, in the teaching of mathematics and physics and in the use of technologies in their teaching. On these topics he has written several articles, contributed to books and held many training and refresher courses for teachers as well as communications / reports at conferences, seminars and congresses (see Publications).
He has collaborated with research groups in mathematics education at the University of Ferrara and the University of Padua.
