She is associate professor at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education, and Applied Psychology, University of Padova. She teaches Psychology of career guidance, Human Rights and Inclusion, and part of Developmental Psychology

She collaborates with the Larios Laboratory (Laboratory for Research and Intervention in Vocational Designing and Career Counseling) at the University of Padova.

Director of the post-graduate course in Career guidance for inclusion, sustainibility and social justice

She received an award in 2015 from the European Society for Vocational Designing and Career Counselling (ESVDC), for the research project: ‘Journey in the world of professions and work’: A career intervention for children, and in 2012 the ‘Giuseppe Martini’ Award for Dissertation on Career development for adolescents
