Eleonora Zorzi is a Tenure-Track Researcher at the University of Padua, Dep. FISPPA. She has a PhD in Pedagogical and Educational Sciences and she teaches General Didactic; Communication and Didactic Mediation; Inclusive didactic: metacognitive and cooperative approach. Her research interests include didactic, improvisation, educational (backward) design, inclusion-accessibility, and teachers’ training as improvisers. She is involved in research projects concerning teachers’ training, Philosophy for Children and educational design. She was involved as researcher in some local and national projects as (2023) SHIFT: Shaping and Inspiring a Fair Thinking in assessment for equity; (2019) "DECC - SCHOOL: Dislocating Education by Empowering Connective Capabilities in the Communities"; (2017) "Creating Improvising Community: an Inclusive Approach to Creativity into Educational Dialogue". Research Area
A018 teacher in secondary school; has developed a research grant (2019) at the Dip. Fisppa (Unipd), in a project that aimed to investigate the connective capabilities in the educational communities, starting from the school one. She has developed post-doctoral research (2015) within a project focused on improvisation, creativity, inclusion and educational dialogue, after a PhD thesis (2013) centered on the profile of the improvising teacher.\nResearch interests for improvisation, teaching, inclusive teaching and enhancement of talents, planning and teacher training. Teacher expert in the curriculum and methodology of Philosophy for Children has worked as a trainer and collaborated in several school projects.
