I hold a Bachelor's degree in Modern and Contemporary Western Languages and Literature from Ca' Foscari University of Venice. I subsequently pursued a Master's degree in European, American, and Postcolonial Languages and Literature, focusing my thesis on the theoretical concepts of cultural hybridity and liminality.

Expanding my academic interests, I enrolled in the Master's programme in Intercultural Development of Tourism Systems at Ca' Foscari University of Venice. My thesis for this degree investigated the complex relationships between tourism and nocturnal temporality in the Venetian urban context, allowing me to bridge theoretical frameworks with practical urban dynamics.

To further develop my research, I undertook doctoral studies in the Historical, Geographical, and Anthropological Studies programme, specializing in geographical studies, jointly offered by the University of Padua and Ca' Foscari University of Venice. In January 2025, I successfully defended my PhD thesis titled "Venice Nightscapes: Consuming, Living, Narrating," which synthesized my extensive research on urban nightscapes.

Since November 2024, I have held a research fellowship at the Department of Historical, Geographical and Antiquity Studies (DiSSGeA) at the University of Padua. My current research, part of the "Tourism Contained (DeterTour) 2024" project, focuses on strategies for deterring undesired tourist flows and mobilities.
