I gained my PhD at University of Padua with the thesis: "School-Work Alternation: Theoretical Models and Practices analysis to Promote Intelligent Partnerships. Operational proposals for teacher training as boundary spanners between systems"
My main research areas are: interactive didactics, partnership between education/training and workplaces; the development of soft skills; the professional development of teachers as boundary spanners between systems; female leadership development; gender issues and STEM education; the employability.
During my academic career, thanks to my participation in European projects, I studied the research methodology and strategies for adult education.

Research Area
The main research areas are focused on different educational aspects: partnership between formal and informal contexts; work related learning, development and assessment of soft skills, teachers’ professional development, boundary spanner teachers’ profile, and women leadership, innovative teachinhg.
Thesis proposals
The master theses are linked to the areas of study and research in which I am engaged.
In particular, empirical theses related to formal and informal contexts will be planned with students.
Specific topics concern:
Employment development;
Partnerships between formal contexts and the world of work;
The development of soft skills;
Women's leadership (even within working contexts)
Teaching in STEM and gender issues.
