She then worked as a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Developmental Psychology and Socialisation at the University of Padua. Her research focus primarily on understanding the developmental trajectories of numerical cognition, as well as the effectiveness of new educational and parental activities, and teaching practices, in infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.

Research Area
(a) Core knowledge of numerical cognition in early childhood;(b) The effects of education and the home environment on the acquisition of early numerical skills;(c) Non-symbolic and symbolic arithmetic skills in preschool children;(d) Validation of assessment tools for early numerical skills.
Thesis proposals
Experimental and bibliographic theses require approximately 1 year of work and are associated with the main research topics listed above.
