Dr. Pauletto is a Biotechnologist and she got her Master degree at the University of Padova in September 2009. Later on, in 2014, she got her PhD in Veterinary Science.
During the PhD and the following post-doc experiences she has mainly worked with aquatic species (i.e. bivalves and fish). She investigated the bivalves transcriptional changes induced by environmental pollutants, biotic (pathogens) or abiotc (farming practices) environmental stressors.
Since 2018 she works in the field of veterinarian farmacology and toxicology. Her research activity is mainly focused on the effects of environmental pollutants, toxins, and feed additives in farm animals (e.g. cattle, broiler) and in aquatic model species (e.g. Daphnia, guppy).
