2008 - Confirmed Researcher at the Veterinary Medicine Faculty (Scientific-disciplinary field: VET/05 - Microbiology and Infectious Diseases), University of Padua.
Since November 2000, she is involved in research activity in the Microbiology and Infectious Diseases area. The research is primarily focused on survey, diagnosis of animal infectious diseases, and molecular characterization of zoonotic microorganisms and tick-borne pathogens. She is also involved in studies on phenotypic and genetic antimicrobial resistance profiles of bacteria isolated from pets.
Since 2005 she performs diagnostic activity for Microbiology and Infectious Diseases area.
Since 2010 she is staff member of the University Teaching Veterinary Hospital (OVUD)and she is involved in bacteriological identification, performing of drug susceptibility testing and serological testing.
Currently she takes part in the scientific projects with topics on emerging infectious diseases of wildlife.
Author and co-author of more than 60 publications in scientific journals and in proceedings of national and international congresses.
