I graduated in Primary Education in June 2020, with a thesis titled ‘Have a good Slingerland. Multisensory approach to language arts in Newark (California)' graded 110/110 cum laude. Subsequently, I won a scholarship to the Doctorate Course in Pedagogical, Educational, and Instructional Sciences (FISPPA Department) - XXXVI cycle (D.M. 45/2013) and I obtained my degree in June 2024 with a thesis titled ‘School Project: meanings of school quality in four primary schools in the world. A comparison with the 2030 Agenda', evaluated with honours (Supervised by Prof. Emilia Restiglian). Since July 2024 I am a research fellow in the field of education in emergencies and in particular I am working on a research project titled ‘Teaching in emergencies. Evaluating and improving teaching action in situations of vulnerability’ - Scientific responsible Prof. Emilia Restiglian. I collaborate with various schools in the area and with (intern)national organisations that work to guarantee the educational right around the world.
I conduct research within the scientific disciplinary sector M-PED04 of Experimental Pedagogy and, in particular, I deal with school quality, emergency education, and in situations of vulnerability, didactic continuity and comparison between educational methodologies in the world.
I am contract Professor at the University of Padua for the teaching course "Metodologie del gioco e dell'animazione" (Rovigo campus), and I am a lecturer for the teaching courses "Ricerca educativa e valutazione di sistema" and "Organizzazione e valutazione della qualità", both under the responsibility of Professor Emilia Restiglian. Finally, I am a permanent primary school teacher, currently on leave to carry out research activities.
