Position as a staff member, Full Professor of Veterinary Internal Medicine at the Department of Veterinary Clinical Sciences, University of Teramo, Italy, October 1st 2002 – December 2009.
Position as a staff member, Full Professor of Veterinary Internal Medicine at the Department of animal Medicine, Production & Health, University of Padova, Italy, from December 2009.

Member of the Scientific Commission of the University of Padua from 2021.
The main scientific interests are focused on the diagnosis and therapy of the cardiovascular disease of domestic animals. He is author and co-author of more than 80 articles published in international peer-reviewed journals.
