Analysis of regional competencies in the healthcare field, especially in relation to the central government.

5. The state of emergency in Italian law:
Examination of legal provisions regulating the declaration and management of the state of emergency in Italy.

6. Freedom of movement and residence and its limits:
Study of the constitutional right to free movement and its possible limitations.

7. The prohibition of imperative mandate in the Italian Constitution:
Analysis of the constitutional principle that prohibits parliamentarians from being bound by voters' instructions.
