PROFESSIONAL AND RESEARCH EXPERIENCE
From May 2022 - Fixed-term researcher at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology, University of Padua.
2021 - Collaborator of the research project "Reddito di Cittadinanza 0-3: interrelazioni fra reddito, genitorialità e sviluppo dei bambini tra 0-3 anni" and of the Program of Intervention for Prevention of Institutionalization (P.I.P.P.I.).
From 2017 to 2020 - Research Fellow at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology, Univeristy of Padua.
2018 - Collaborator in the research activity: "Review of the capacity indicators of the Basic Assessment System (BAS)".
From 2014 to present - Member of research international groups (Cross-Cultural differences in career calling, Formal models for the analysis of the Implicit Association Test, Psychological Science Accelerator) and collaborator in international replication and crowdsoursing research projects (Many Labs 2, Many Labs 5, Many Analysts Religion Project, Crowdsourcing data analysis: Do soccer referees give more red cards to dark skin toned players?).
From 2014 to 2017 - Research collaborator in the PRIN Emp & Co project - Innovative curricula to create new professional skills.
2014 - Research collaborator in the project "Construction of a battery of tests for the selection and evaluation of human resources".
2013 - Assistant in personnel selection and training practices in a personnel selection and training private company.
EDUCATIONAL ACTIVITIES

From 2018/2019 to present - Adjunct Professor of the course "valutazione del personale nelle organizzaioni", "Personnel selection and employee performance challenges and opportunities", and "Cross-cultural issues in personnel psychology".
