N. Bobbo graduated in Sciences of Education (Feb 2001) at Padua University (Italy), PhD in Pedagogical and Instructional Sciences (Mar 2003) at the same university. From November 2005 researcher on MPED/01 General and Social Pedagogy at the FISPPA (Philosophy, Sociology, Pedagogy and Applied Psychology) Department of the Padua University. Confirmed in rule in 2010, she acquired in 2018 (march) the ASN for associated professor.
She taught General Pedagogy, Pedagogy applied to nursing at the first cycle degree courses of Nursing and second cycle degree courses in Nursing and Midwifery sciences. Today, she teaches Pedagogic Principles for Patient Education at the degree course of Health Education, Pedagogy at the second cycle degree course in Technical and diagnostic sciences of health professions, and Training in Public Health at the Resident School of Hygiene and Preventive Medicine. She is President of Didactic Commission and member of the Stage Commission for the degree course in Health education.
Her research themes are: training for the health professions, compassion fatigue vs compassion satisfaction in physicians and nurses, therapeutic education and health education for chronic ill patients, from evolutive stage to adulthood; death education; narrative medicine and medical humanities. She published several articles in scientific national journals and ten monographs, such as Medical Education (2014, Padova University Press), and The cost of caring (Cleup, 2015), Professional chooses and caring works (Cleup, 2017).

If the student would realize an observational or empirical study, the knowledge of software of statistical (Excel) and textual (Atlas.ti) analysis is necessarily required to be accepted.
