2011 - PhD in Psychological Sciences, path in Social and Personality Psychology (XXIII cycle), at the University of Padua.
2022 - Associate Professor at the Department of Philosophy, Sociology, Education and Applied Psychology (FISPPA) of the University of Padua.

- Development of tests for unique assessment of skills and personality traits.
- Development and application of formal models for the assessment of knowledge and learning.
- Computerized adaptive testing.
