Università Aperta Pulse is the sectoral career day dedicated to the political, humanistic, legal, social and educational fields. The initiative is aimed at students and graduates of the schools of Law, Human Sciences, Social Sciences and Cultural Heritage, Psychology and Political Science.

The event offers companies a space for direct discussion with the profiles leaving the University, allowing them to present their activities and training and professional needs; At the same time, candidates have the opportunity to propose their own path and build useful contacts for job placement.
The event is held on March  31 from 10 am to 4 pm at the Botanical Garden of Padua (entrance from Prato della Valle, 57 / C).

In view of the Università Aperta Pulse event on 31 March, the Career Service is organising an online meeting for 27 March 2026, from 10 to 11 am.

The "Università Aperta" career day represents one of the main moments of meeting and dialogue between students, graduates and PhDs of the University and professional realities. 
Interviews with companies and institutions take place in the form of short individual meetings at the stands, allowing participants to present their CVs directly and start a direct and informal discussion with company representatives.

The event is held from 10 am to 5 pm at Pavilion 14 of the Padua Fair (entrance from Gate B of via C. Goldoni 8, Padua).

The Agripolis Università Aperta career day is aimed at students and graduates of the School of Agriculture and Veterinary Medicine. IES Università Aperta is the sectoral career day dedicated to the fields of Engineering, Economics and Science. The event promotes direct dialogue between companies and students, students, recent graduates and graduates, offering the opportunity to have short individual interviews at the stands and present their educational and professional path.

Università Aperta PhD is the sectoral career day dedicated to Ph.D. and Ph.D . students of the University held every year in March. The initiative, organized and promoted by the Career Service of the University of Padua, represents for companies an important moment of meeting with young researchers to make known their reality and their professional needs related to innovation and development (R&D sector), as well as favoring them in a possible job placement in the company.

The next edition of the Open University PhD career day will be held online on Thursday, March 20, 2025 on Zoom.

Since this is a career day aimed at a high-profile training target, the Career Service takes care of scheduling interviews with companies in the form of short individual interviews in online mode. The schedule of the interviews is communicated a few days before the event.

Business game is based on the ability to analyze and create a forecasting model based on a real data set, followed by individual interviews with the participating companies.

The competition, open to members and graduates of the University of Padua able to operate as data scientists, is individual. Those who have applied must bring the hardware (computer or tablet) and software they consider necessary to carry out the analysis. Durante the competition you can use any programming language or software you deem appropriate and appropriate. Responsibility for the ownership rights and licenses required for the use of any software are the responsibility of the individual participant.
For the first three people classified in the business game, who have had interviews with the companies present, there will be prizes in Amazon vouchers.
Applications are open from March 21 to April 4, 2025.
All CVs are made available to companies.

Program of the day – April 10, 2025

9 a.m.-1 p.m.: Business game
The ability to predict the candidates' models is based on an external database and is therefore an objective (and quantitative) evaluation: on the basis of these results, the score and ranking of the participating people are established.

2:30-6 p.m.: talks
Those who participate in the business game take online interviews with the participating companies.

To participate, it is necessary to register from the www.universitaperta-unipd.it platform , attaching your CV and booking an interview with at least three companies to have a chance of winning the prizes.

Business Game warm up – March 28, 2025

To better prepare for the Business Game, the preparation meeting Optimize Your Profile, Maximize Your Opportunities will be held on Friday 28 March.

Durante this meeting, we will provide you with strategies to make the most of this opportunity. You will learn how to enhance your profile in a short time and how to present yourself concisely but effectively, optimizing interactions with the recruiters of the companies present. The goal is to prepare you to turn these short encounters into potential career opportunities.

The meeting in Italian will be held at 9.30 a.m . and, afterwards, there will be a CV check.
For the English language, the meeting starts at 11 a.m.

The event is held in room SC20 of the Department of Statistical Sciences inside the Santa Caterina Complex in Via Cesare Battisti, 241 (Padua).

It is possible to participate without reservation until the maximum capacity of the classroom is reached.

The CV check is a one-on-one session with the University's Career Service staff, during which you will receive personalized feedback, targeted advice and practical suggestions to improve the effectiveness of your CV.

To participate, bring a paper copy of your CV with you or have it ready on a digital device (smartphone, tablet or laptop).

On Tuesday 20 May there will be online workshops to present some of the participating companies. Each workshop lasts 45 minutes and takes place online on Zoom.

On Thursday, October 9, 2025 , the usual meeting between local companies and students and graduates of the School of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine of the University of Padua takes place.

The event is hosted from 10 am to 4 pm at the Pentagono building at the Agripolis Campus of the University of Padua in Legnaro (PD).

The initiative, organized and promoted by the Career Service of the University of Padua and the School of Agricultural Sciences and Veterinary Medicine, represents for companies an important moment of meeting with young people from courses of study in the agricultural, forestry, food and animal fields to make known their company, their training and professional needs, also through the use of some tools such as internships and traineeships that facilitate their inclusion Working.

The event is open and free of charge, interviews with the companies present are scheduled as a priority before the event. However, it is possible to show up at the event on the same day and meet the companies, waiting for free time slots compared to those already scheduled.

Durante this meeting, the peculiarities of a career day will be explored and strategies will be provided to make the most of this opportunity. You will learn how to enhance your profile in a short time and how to present yourself concisely but effectively by optimizing interactions with the recruiters of the companies present. The goal is to prepare you to turn these short meetings into potential career opportunities.
At the end of the plenary session, participants will have the opportunity to stop for a CV check with the career advisors of the Career Service.
