UniRe - Training and information

The project provides for "cascade" training interventions which, starting from the top figures of the University (e.g. members of the government, department directors), will be extended over the two-year period to all teachers, students and technical-administrative staff.

The goal is to build a culture shared by the entire university community on issues such as gender stereotypes and prejudices, language, discriminatory behavior, relational dynamics of power and danger, etc.

Information content is also provided to promote widespread knowledge of the supports that the University of Padova and the territory provide to protect those who suffer harassment, violence and discrimination.
