Experience - Summer Schools for High School students

The University of Padua opens its doors to international high school students through its Summer Schools: an immersive experience designed to give curious, ambitious minds a real taste of university life and academic challenge.

These Summer Schools are designed for students enrolled in the last two years of secondary school and recent graduates, between 16 and 19 years old.

The programme takes place in July and lasts two weeks. Students can join for one or both weeks, choosing the field that sparks their curiosity the most: 

Engineering

• Learning to Talk to Machines: Prompt Engineering and Reasoning with LLMs
• Robotics and Automation: Shaping Our Future through Machine Intelligence

Psychology

• Psychologists: The astronauts of subjective worlds

Economics and Management

• Economic and Managerial decision in daily life
• Markets, competition and cooperation in local and global economies

Life Sciences

• One Earth, One Health: Animals, Humans & the Changing environment
• Innovating Medicine: From Biology to Digital Healthcare

Duration: 1 or 2 weeks

Period: July 2027

Admission requirements: being enrolled in high school or recently graduated (between 16 and 19 years old)

Location: Padua

Participation fee: €500 (one week) / €900 (two weeks)
