Experience - Summer Schools for High School students
The University of Padua opens its doors to international high school students through its Summer Schools: an immersive experience designed to give curious, ambitious minds a real taste of university life and academic challenge.
These Summer Schools are designed for students enrolled in the last two years of secondary school and recent graduates, between 16 and 19 years old.
The programme takes place in July and lasts two weeks. Students can join for one or both weeks, choosing the field that sparks their curiosity the most:
Duration: 1 or 2 weeks
Period: July 2027
Admission requirements: being enrolled in high school or recently graduated (between 16 and 19 years old)
Location: Padua
Participation fee: €500 (one week) / €900 (two weeks)
Our Summer Schools are the perfect opportunity to explore what university-level study feels like, connect with a world-class institution, and discover whether Padua could be the place to begin your academic journey.
All participants, regardless of their chosen module, share a rich programme of common activities designed to make the experience truly unforgettable: welcome meetings, campus tours, visits to some of Padova's most iconic cultural landmarks, day trips, and social events. A short Italian language introduction is also included, offering a first step towards connecting with the local culture and community.
