Strikes

Law no. 146 of 12 June 1990, subsequently amended by Law no. 83 of 2000, established some minimum rules for the exercise of strikes in essential public services, specifically it established rules for the proclamation of such strikes, for the notice to users, for the duration of the same, as well as for any overlapping of strikes in different services that have the same nature.
