Enhancement of research and research staff
According to the latest report of the National Agency for the Evaluation of the University System and Research (Anvur), which photographs the situation of Italian research in the university environment, the University of Padua ranks first among state universities for the quantity and quality of research and in first place for the enhancement of young people.

Every 5 years, the Ministry selects the best 180 departments of state universities, for the quality of the research produced and for the quality of the development project, to which an annual budget of 271 million euros is allocated.

For more than a decade, we have been designing and implementing action plans to implement the principles of the European Charter for Researchers. Our commitment to policies in favour of research staff has allowed it to accredit us as a European institution awarded the "HR Excellence in Research" seal
