The CRUI and the rankings
The CRUI - Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities - has promoted the formation of a Working Group dedicated to international rankings, coordinated by the Universities of Bologna and Padua:

The Working Group has developed common guidelines for the provision of data to the main agencies and has worked to propose additions and methodological changes to the managing bodies.
