Services

To manage mild psychological problems , it is possible to resort to self-help resources, which we make available here to students who feel they need them.
These resources are not produced by the Unist-Health partnership, but they are valid and use evidence-based approaches.

Self-help resources are sometimes sufficient to solve the problem, other times they are a valuable aid to the work of the psychologist or doctor, but in no case can they replace the specialist. For this reason, if you feel that these resources are not enough for you or you believe that a specialist consultation may be useful to you, we recommend that you contact the psychological help desks of each Unist-Health university.
