Economic progression between areas (so-called ENP)

The vertical progression between the areas is achieved through reserved comparative procedures, allowed by art. 52 paragraph 1 bis of Legislative Decree no. 165/2001.

The requirements for participation in confidential comparative procedures are:

• be in possession of the qualifications required for external access to the category for which they are applying, with the exception of the transitional procedure referred to in art. 92 of the CCNL;
• be in service at the University with an open-ended employment contract in the category immediately below the one for which they are applying;
• have worked with a subordinate employment contract at the University in the category immediately below that for which they are competing or higher categories, including fixed-term contracts, for the period defined by the individual procedure;
• not to have reported negative evaluations in the performance of the last three years;
• absence of disciplinary measures.
