Salary progression between areas (so-called PEV)

Vertical progression between areas takes place through reserved comparative procedures, as permitted by Article 52, paragraph 1-bis, of Legislative Decree 165/2001.

The participation requirements for the reserved comparative procedures are:

• holding the educational qualifications required for external access to the category for which the candidate is applying, with the exception of the transitional procedure referred to in Article 92 of the CCNL;
• being employed by the University under a permanent employment contract in the category immediately below that for which the candidate is applying;
• having served at the University under an employment contract in the category immediately below that for which the candidate is applying, or in higher categories, including on a fixed-term basis, for the period defined by the individual procedure;
• not having received negative performance evaluations in the last three years;
• absence of disciplinary measures.
