Technical and administrative staff
The University covers organizational positions with technical and administrative staff identified through the tools of mobility, internal and external, and recruitment with a permanent employment relationship, to be allocated to the services of the central administration and to the decentralized structures of the offices of Padova, Rovigo, Treviso, Chioggia, Asiago, Legnaro, Castelfranco, Conegliano, Vicenza, with classification in the areas provided for by the CCNL of the sector Education and Research.
For temporary and exceptional needs, or with reference to specific research projects, technological innovation or improvement of teaching services, the University may enter into fixed-term employment contracts.
Employees of Italian public administrations who present a classification corresponding to that contained in the mobility notice, according to the procedures described, can apply for voluntary mobility.
Italian citizens can participate in the competitions (Italians who do not belong to the Republic are treated as Italian citizens) or from one of the states of the European Union who enjoy political rights (including in the countries of origin or origin), and who meet the requirements for access to public employment. Family members of citizens of EU Member States who are not nationals of a Member State, who hold the right of residence or the right of permanent residence, and third-country nationals who hold an EU long-term residence permit or who hold refugee status or subsidiary protection status are also eligible for selection. In relation to the individual call for applications, the candidate may be required to have additional characteristics, such as qualifications, work experience, professional qualifications, which are essential for the type of employment
Recruitment at this University takes place through a public competition, with access to the Areas of Operators, Collaborators, Officials and High Professionalism.
Open competitions may be preceded by pre-selections and may provide for the reservation of places for:
- of volunteers on short and fixed leave of the Armed Forces discharged without demerit or during the period of re-enlistment, as well as volunteers in permanent service and complement officers on two-year leave and officers on fixed leave who have completed the contracted detention without demerit (Legislative Decree no. 215/2001 and Legislative Decree no. 66/2010);
- of voluntary operators who have concluded without demerit the universal civil service, or the national civil service, referred to in Law 06.03.2001, n. 64 (Legislative Decree n. 40/2017 and subsequent amendments);
- persons with fixed-term employment relationships who, on the date of publication of the announcement, have completed at least three years of service employed by the administration that issues the Notice (Legislative Decree no. 165/2001, art. 35, paragraph 3-bis, letter a);
- of the subjects referred to in art. 1 and 18 of Law no. 68/1999 who, at the deadline of the call, are registered in the list referred to in art. 8, paragraph 2, of Law no. 68/1999. The recipients of this reserve category may also be recruited through selections reserved for them;
The rankings of the competitions can be used for the conclusion of fixed-term employment contracts. The University has the right to scroll through the rankings for further permanent hires.
