The Unipd Project

The aim of the project is the traceability and enhancement of the skills acquired in the various areas, both academic and experiential. In this way, each pathway may be certified through the issuing of open badges and digital certificates and will become part of personal and professional development.

For students

Open badges and digital certificates are used to recognise the skills that students can acquire during their course of study.

For formal qualifications, we issue both the open badge and the digital certificate (blockcerts), whereas for transferable or curricular skills we issue only the open badge.

For lecturer staff

The University or its individual structures (departments and schools) offer training pathways for lecturers that foster the improvement of teaching through the application of innovative teaching techniques and the involvement of students with experimental proposals.
These activities are recognised through Open Badge.
