
Nursery "Milla Baldo Ceolin"


The nursery Milla Baldo Ceolin is part of a policy of protection of children's rights and development of childhood culture. It stems from our desire as a University to promote the work-life balance of lecturers and technical-administrative staff and, in particular, to be welcoming to young researchers and their families.
The Milla Baldo Ceolin nursery school is a place of cohesion and innovation of the academic community, also open to the local community.
The "Milla Baldo Ceolin" nursery is an educational service born as a result of the synergistic collaboration between the University of Padua, the Cariparo Foundation and the SPES body, and responds to the actions envisaged by the University's Gender Equality Plan (2018-2021) in support of parenting and work-life balance.
Research and training initiatives involving the Milla Baldo Ceolin nursery school team and are part of the accompanying actions for the development of the educational project carried out by the University.


The Nido Milla Baldo Ceolin is a place of reference for the territory, in the elaboration and dissemination of an updated culture of childhood in which the child is recognized as a competent, active subject and bearer of rights from the first days of life.
