Jakob Scholbach studied mathematics in Leipzig and Paris. He graduated in 2009 at the University of Freiburg, before joining the institute of mathematics at the University of Münster. As of 2021, he joined the Geometry sector within the Dipartimento di Matematica of the University of Padova.
