The third module of the RELab project – Laboratory for emotional and relational awareness for young people, whose theme is "Every life is desire", includes 4 two-hour meetings on topics such as fear, anger, hope, love and joy.
We live in a time and in a reality characterised by a frantic pace, in which there seems to be no longer any space to listen and to listen to ourselves, and in which young people in particular are exposed to the pressure of performance, appearance and immediate results. The messages that come from the news offer a vision of a society in which the need for substantial emotional, affective and relational education is growing. Increasingly, around us and within us, there is a sense of the need to stop and look within, to recover the meaning and pleasure of quality of life, of a healthy relationship with oneself and of well-rooted relationships that are, as far as possible, not subject to the prevailing “consumerism”.
The RELab pathway is free of charge for students, upon registration.
