How to orient yourself to studies
Choosing a course of study is a fundamental and challenging step. For this reason, the University supports those who are undecided about their educational and professional future or need information to confirm or not their choice.
To do this, the University provides dedicated staff, a reception desk, materials that allow you to learn more about the degree courses and employment prospects, orientation initiatives and courses in preparation for entrance tests.
The Orientation and Tutoring Sector:
- provides a face-to-face and online orientation information desk where it is possible to find information on teaching, the Galilean School of Higher Education, and the University's services;
- provides information material, such as the new study course guide: Study with us
- organizes specific orientation initiatives
- provides the free platform: Moodle Orientation to consult useful material for the entrance tests and register for the proposed initiatives.
If, once the useful information has been acquired, there are still uncertainties about the choice between two or more degree courses, it is possible to request:
- an individual orientation interview to be booked online.
Dedicated staff is also available to support university students who are experiencing a phase of doubt with respect to the choice made and who for this reason may request:
- a re-orientation interview to be booked online as well.
