Teacher's Charter

It is an initiative of the Ministry of Education, University and Research provided for by Law 107 of 13 July 2016 (Good School), art. 1 paragraph 121, which establishes the electronic card for the updating and training of tenured lecturers of educational institutions.

Recipients

The Card is assigned to permanent lecturers of state educational institutions, both full-time and part-time, including those who are in training and probationary period, who is declared suitable for health reasons pursuant to art. 514 of Legislative Decree no. 297 of 16/04/94, and subsequent amendments, those who have a position of command, secondment, out of position or otherwise used, those who teach in schools abroad and in military schools.

How to use

The University of Padova, as a physical operator, offers the opportunity to use the Teacher's Card (good lecturer or school) to:

1. Payment of the enrolment fee for single courses
2. Payment of tuition fees
3. Payment of Master's and postgraduate training fees (contact formazionecontinua.lauream@unipd.it)
4. Payment of the enrolment fee to a PhD course (contact phd.application@unipd.it)

Interested persons must download the Teacher Voucher from the MIUR website through the procedures provided by the Ministry, save it in Pdf, attach it to the request and send it to: carriere.studenti@unipd.it (for points 1 and 2)

The request, written on plain paper, dated and signed, must contain the following data:

• Name, surname and date of birth
• Name of the degree course and matriculation number
• Allocation of the instalment(s) to be paid (e.g. second instalment for the Academic Year 2017/18)

To enrol in single courses , simply attach the downloaded voucher to the enrolment form

The amount of the voucher to be attached must comply with the following rules:

Tuition Fee Payment Rules:

1. Lower amount: e.g. the fee to be paid is € 650.00 and the voucher is € 500.00. In this case, the voucher will only cover part of the tax, so a new MAV will be issued for the remaining part of the tax to be paid by the deadlines.
2. Equal amount: e.g. the fee to be paid is € 500.00 and the voucher is € 500.00. 

Payment rules for enrolment in Single Courses:

1. The amount of the voucher must necessarily be equal to the amount provided for the number of activities chosen and included in the enrolment form.

In no case is it possible to request a total and/or partial refund of the sums paid through the lecturer voucher already acquired by the University of Padova. The voucher generated and not yet acquired can be cancelled by the lecturer who generated it.
