University Residences

If you wish to apply for on-campus accommodation, you will need to fill out an accommodation request form.

Although applications for accommodation from students enrolled in double degree courses or joint degrees will be prioritised, applications from non-Europeans will be favoured (in view of visa requirements relating to accommodation).
Given the very limited number of places available in residences for stays starting in the second semester, we advise European students arriving between February and March to look for private accommodation and start their search at least 3-4 months in advance.

Padova has a large student population: finding accommodation can be very difficult. For this reason, we strongly recommend that you apply for a place in the university residences, keeping in mind that the number of places is very limited.

Deadlines: students will be personally invited by email to fill in the accommodation request form approximately between May/June and October/November.

To book your accommodation, visit the HousingAnywhere x University of Padova rental platform. It is easy to use and safe, featuring accommodations from verified landlords and agencies. It’s perfect for students who cannot view properties in person, as payments are released to the landlord 48 hours after the move-in date.

As a University of Padova student, you get a 20% discount on the booking fee. To complete your booking, pay the full amount upfront, and the discount will be refunded to your payment method, within 5 days.
